Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Specialist. He/She will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, customer service, and maintaining communication with clients.
Qualifications:
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and understand trends to make informed decisions.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey ideas to clients and team members.
Lead Generation: Experience in generating leads and managing sales pipelines.
Market Research: Strong understanding of market trends and an ability to research and analyze competitor activity.
Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Freshers or experienced can apply.
Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
NOTE: Current Salary is anywhere between Rs.10000 to 15000 for the first 3 Months. After the probation period & based on the performance, a salary hike will be offered. This involves field work for 2 to 3 days. Preferred are those candidates with bikes.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
