About the role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to guide and support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content moderation (preferably) and possess excellent leadership skills. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving team performance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

 Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.

 Set clear objectives and performance expectations, conducting regular performance reviews  Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments.

 Monitor project progress and address any challenges that arise, ensuring timely delivery of results.

 Organize and lead team meetings, promoting a culture of openness and feedback.

Candidate requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in any non-technical field or relevant experience.

 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in content moderation industry (not mandatory).

 Proven track record of managing projects and leading teams to successful outcomes.

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
