·      Understand client requirements

·      Define job description and document specifications

·      Source candidates using databases, social media etc.

·      Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels

·      Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g. job advertising, reaching new agents/associates)

·      Create a candidate persona for each open position

·      Evaluate resumes and applications

·      Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening

·      Match the most suitable candidates to different positions

·      Create relationships with job seekers/agents and provide advice

·      Follow-up references and check credits

·      Present shortlisted candidates

·      Present detailed candidate profile summaries

·      Build long-term client relationships

·      Research and develop recruiting leads

·      Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy

·      Facilitate and finalize agreements between agents and company

·      Perform other duties as assigned.
