Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Telesales professional for our Bangalore location. As a full-time role, the Telesales position is critical in driving sales success through client engagement and effective communication strategies. The role demands proficiency in sales techniques, a deep understanding of product knowledge, and mastery in cold calling. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and exhibit resilience to foster long-term customer relationships.


Shifts: 9hrs Rotational week

  • Proficient in sales techniques, capable of leveraging strategies to optimize sales outcomes and enhance customer engagement. (Mandatory skill)
  • In-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits and features, fostering informed decision-making among clients. (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in cold calling, with the ability to confidently initiate contact and develop new customer relationships. (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent communication skills necessary to articulate company offerings and client benefits persuasively and clearly.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and establishing trust-based connections for repeat business.
  • Negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and enhance customer retention strategies.
