Responsibilities include:
Achieve growth / sales targets by effective management
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the preschool franchise and ensure its strong presence
Liaise with existing franchises of Little Elly and ensure marketing support is handled
To increase lead generation through marketing initiatives for B2B and B2C
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new trends and competition status
Requisites:
Go getter and smart enterprising individual. Knowledge of the education industry especially preschools will be an added advantage.
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales executive consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through skill up gradation. Must have good problem solving skills
Ability to work in a high pressure environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent people management skills
Any graduate preferably male.
Salary-CTC-360000-480000 + Incentives
Experience- 2+ years of experience preferably in the same field.

Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies, Organizing oversees advertising/communication campaigns, conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
Personally organizing & managing leads and taking first hand initiative towards conversion.
Managing communication with clients /potential clients.
Making Calls and training other agents to converse with clients via different mediums
