• Help in preparing Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents.

• Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects.

• Plan, Call and coordinate interviews with candidates.

• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, printing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

• Maintain computer, printer, office equipment’s

• Manage Courier and banking related work

• Reply to email, telephone and face to face enquires

• Resolve administrative problems (Broadband/Mobile/Network)

• Maintain up-to-up employee documents records

• Visiting clients office for the payments, agreements, testimonials, feedback forms

• Maintaining computer systems backup

• Fix Appointments & Travel with CEO as & when required

• Take care of tasks & work assigned by CEO

• Salary will be revised after 3 months based on performance & attitude


Candidate Profile:

Qualifications: Any Graduate

Experience: 0 to 1 year

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Solid organizational skills and exceptional attention to details.

• Working knowledge of Email, MS Office, database systems.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

• Strong work ethics.

• Good time management skills.

• Willingness to travel whenever required.

• Must be prepared to work in Flexible timings

• Two wheeler riding skills is important

Salary Package:

• Salary 13k to 15k salary plus other Company benefits +local travel bus pass + Laptop + SIM + Mobile Reimbursements +Upon confirmation of service, PF & Mediclaim benefits will be provided.
