Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in both Hindi and English.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone during all interactions.
  1. Problem Solving:
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Ensure timely resolution of complaints and queries, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  1. Documentation:
  • Record and maintain customer interactions and feedback in the company database accurately.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports as required.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.
  1. Service Quality:
  • Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines set by the company.
  • Strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g., response time, customer satisfaction).

Key Requirements:

  1. Language Proficiency:
  • Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
