Requirements:

• A B.Tech /BE or B.Sc. Computer Science graduate from a reputed college/university.
• At least 3 years of proven experience is required in software project management.
• including project management tools.
•  Excellent written and oral communication skills.
•  A strong attention to detail and an organized approach.
•  Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
•  A blend of business acumen and technical skills.
•  Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
•  Willingness to adapt and learn new tools and technologies.
•  Can work independently, while also being an effective member of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tracking all incoming requests for ICE Software (Emails, Meeting
• Invites, WhatsApp Communication).
•  Track assignment of deliverables and status/fulfilment of requests.
•  Communicate with ICE Software Team to ensure timely receipt of project
• statuses/updates, to be communicated to the Client. Ensure that the project status
• updates are communicated to the Client in a timely manner.
•  Manage project resources to ensure timely completion of milestones. Also, ensure
• each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
•  Monitor budgets and financial documents (SoW) for stakeholders.
•  Collect data from developers and track project success metrics.
•  Qualify/verify with the Client that the list of tracked items is complete.
•  Update risk registers.
•  Participate in and supervise each stage of the project.
•  Track milestones, deliverables, and change management documents/requests.
•  Facilitate team meetings and collaboration.
•  Serve as a liaison between ICE Software and the Client to communicate information
• regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
•  Manage the relationship with the Client and all stakeholders.
