Job Title: Shopify Developer with Strong Javascript Knowledge

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Shopify developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Shopify, be proficient in Javascript, and have experience with major Shopify theme customization. Candidates with knowledge of TypeScript will be given priority. The candidate should be able to work independently and collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality Shopify solutions. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Shopify websites using best practices and standards. 

• Customize Shopify themes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 

• Collaborate with our team of designers to create visually appealing and functional Shopify themes. 

• Integrate Shopify websites with third-party services and APIs. 

• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code. 

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of the Shopify website. 

• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the Shopify and ecommerce industry. 

• Deploy and manage Shopify applications. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing Shopify websites. 

• Strong knowledge of Shopify, Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 

• Experience with major Shopify theme customization. 

• Knowledge of TypeScript is preferred. 

• Understanding of web development best practices, such as responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and SEO. 

• Experience in deploying and managing Shopify applications in various environments. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

• Experience in at least one Javascript framework such as React, Vue.js or Angular.
