Senior Tester (Manual Testing, BA Transition) 

Experience: 3-4 years 

Key Skills: 

• Proficient in creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scenarios  
• Experience with bug tracking and management tools  
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies  
• Basic understanding of SQL for database testing  
• Familiarity with test management tools and documentation processes  
• Experience in requirement analysis and validation  
• Developing skills in user story creation and refinement  
• Growing expertise in functional and non-functional requirement gathering  
• Ability to create clear, comprehensive test documentation  
• Experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination  
• Basic understanding of API testing concepts  
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)  
• Developing skills in stakeholder communication and management  
• Exposure to creating traceability matrices and requirement specifications
