Job Description:

A "Salesforce Admin Developer" is a combining the responsibilities of a Salesforce Administrator, managing user access, data integrity, and system configuration, with the technical skills of a Salesforce Developer, allowing them to build custom solutions using Apex code, Lightning components, and other development tools to enhance the Salesforce platform for specific business needs; essentially acting as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation within Salesforce.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features and functionalities
• Experience with Apex coding and development best practices
• Knowledge of Lightning components and development framework
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders
• Proficiency in data management techniques
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
• Salesforce Developer certification is a plus
