Job Description:

As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships. You will play a pivotal role in achieving the company's sales targets and objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
3. Understand customer needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions and services.
4. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
5. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the specified timeframe.
6. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to optimize the sales process.
7. Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors' products.
8. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative tasks as required.
