Job Description: Sales Executive

Experience : 6 Months - 2 Years

Location : Cochin (Client Location : Bahrain, Saudi Arabia)


Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales deals. You will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth and achieving revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and prospect new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online research.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

- Present and demonstrate the company's products or services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.

- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales performance, customer feedback, and market analysis.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales team.


Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the relevant industry.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.

- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
