Project Civil Engineer - (Facility Management)

Experience: 10 to 14 years

Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Requirements:

• Must have Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must have PMP certification.
• Must have good computer knowledge and good skill to prepare weekly, and monthly progress report.
• Gulf experience with SABIC Facility Management will be preferred. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Shall have minimum 10 years of experience as a Project - Civil Engineer in Facility Management in Housing Maintenance Department of Petrochemical Plant Housing.
• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans conferring with management. 
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements.
• Determines project specifications by studying product design, and performance standards.
• Completing technical studies, preparing cost estimates.
• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions. 

Note: Age below 45 are preferred.
