Summary: The Program Manager is responsible for the overall management of a global team of research & data analysts and data scientists. This team provides research, data analysis, and technical consulting services to the client. The Program Manager will work with the team to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective services that meet the needs of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the team's portfolio of program tasks and activities, ensuring that projects are aligned with the company's strategic goals and that resources are allocated effectively.

• Work with the client to understand their needs and develop project plans that meet those needs. • Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, including assigning tasks, tracking progress and resolving issues.

• Provide leadership and direction to the team, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment

. • Represent the team to clients and other stakeholders with ability to effectively communicate and manage XFN interactions

• Prepare and deliver reports on the team's performance, progress and deliverables

• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in research, data analysis, and technical consulting to execute continuous improvement to ongoing program workstreams Screening Parameter for Program Manager

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in business administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in a consulting, research and analytics role.

• Experience in managing a team of professionals.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
