Job Responsibilities: Turnaround and Shutdown Handling Site Supervisor

Position Overview: The Site Supervisor will oversee all aspects of turnaround and shutdown activities for static equipment, including columns, heat exchangers, vessels, drums, tanks, and fin fans. The role requires expertise in industrial cleaning, mechanical work, and effective team management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in supervising turnaround and shutdown activities for static equipment.
• Strong background in industrial cleaning techniques, particularly hydro jetting.
• Mechanical expertise related to the maintenance and repair of static equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision of Turnaround Activities:
2. Lead and coordinate all turnaround and shutdown operations for static equipment.
3. Ensure that all activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.
4. Planning and Scheduling:
5. implement detailed work plans, schedules, and resource allocation for maintenance tasks as per the Plan 
6. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to align on timelines and deliverables.
7. Industrial Cleaning Oversight:
8. Manage industrial cleaning processes, including hydro jetting and other cleaning methods.
9. Ensure proper equipment and safety measures are in place during cleaning operations.
10. Mechanical Work Coordination:
11. Oversee mechanical work related to the maintenance and repair of static equipment.
12. Ensure that all mechanical tasks are completed to specification and industry standards.
13. Team Management:
14. Supervise and mentor a team of technicians and laborers, ensuring they are trained and equipped for their tasks.
15. Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety.
16. Quality Control:
17. Monitor and assess the quality of work performed, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
18. Conduct inspections and audits of completed work to ensure standards are met.
19. Reporting and Documentation:
20. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including progress reports and incident reports.
21. Provide regular updates to management on project status, challenges, and solutions.
22. Safety Compliance:
23. Enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks during turnaround and shutdown activities.
24. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
25. Collaboration with Other Departments:
26. Work closely with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of turnaround projects.
27. Address any interdepartmental issues that may arise during the project.
