We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Corporate Events & Branding Specialist who thrives on innovation and is passionate about creating unique event experiences.

1. End-to-End Event Management:Plan and execute corporate events, including retreats, product launches, and networking sessions, ensuring impactful outcomes.

2. Creative Ideation: Propose innovative, out-of-the-box event ideas and stay updated on industry trends to enhance event experiences.

3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution while providing regular updates and post-event reports.

4. Branding and Campaign Integration: Lead branding campaigns, including trade initiatives, press releases, and promotional activities, to support business objectives.

5. Impact Analysis and Reporting: Measure event performance based on lead generation, audience engagement, and ROI, refining strategies for better outcomes.

6. Innovation in Event Formats: Design and execute unique event formats tailored to Kerala’s business and cultural landscape, such as Hortus or Huddle Global. 

Candidate Qualification

• Graduation in any related discipline like Marketing, Business or similar
• 3 to 5 Years experience in events & activation domain (preferably with media houses)
• Experience working with clients from different regions
• Experience working in a business where the primary spoken language is English.
• Proficient with creating presentations using tools like Impress, Slides or Power-point
• Project planning and management skills
• Able to work outside of normal hours when required
• Strong relationship building skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred: Male candidates with a media background and a creative vision for conducting corporate-level events.
