Skills Required:
- Make calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
- Answer queries about the company or related services.
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling or provided databases.
- Follow up with customers to ensure inquiries are resolved or leads are converted.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach during all interactions.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Accurately record details of customer interactions and sales outcomes.
- Update CRM or internal systems with relevant data.
