Business Process Associate

Location: Trivandrum (preferred) / Remote


Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Process Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be working closely with senior leadership to assist in various backend activities to support our sales efforts, including research, prospect identification, pitch customization, tradeshow coordination, marketing activities, and maintaining a strong LinkedIn presence. We are a rapidly growing company with a need for future leaders in our operations and sales organizations. Potential future roles could include Business Process Leader, Business Process Manager, Business Process Global Lead... As a growing organization, this position offers a lot to learn and grow along.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential prospects and compile detailed lists.
  • Customize or develop pitches for sales meetings.
  • Conduct research on organizations to gather relevant information.
  • Sync with sales consultants to ensure alignment and support.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for tradeshows and other events.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Ensure regular and engaging presence on LinkedIn.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree - preferred to have one from Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in a similar role or internship.
  • Should be ready to work in second shift (2 PM to 11 PM)
  • Self-motivator with an acumen on sales and drive to achieve targets
  • Basic understanding of Software services industry
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Preferred to have digital marketing knowledge thru experience or education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
