Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager for our chess school. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 Months of relevant experience, with strong team management skills. The primary responsibility will be to drive business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can contribute to the expansion of our chess school.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the chess school.
2. Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand the reach of the school.
3. Lead and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve collective goals.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, schools, and other potential partners.
5. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
7. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to senior management.
8. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
9. Manage a team of 8-10 BDE’s
Requirements:
1. Minimum 6 Month of experience in business development, preferably in the education sector.
2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong team management and leadership skills is mandatory
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Laptop and proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
6. Ability to work Monday to Saturday.
Salary Range:
The salary for this position is in the range of 3.6-5.4 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum), commensurate with experience and skills. Incentives also providing.
