Role : Business Analyst

Experience: 2-4 Years

 Job Location: Infopark, Cochin

 Type: Full Time Location: Cochin, India

Notice Period : Immediate- 60 days

Roles & responsibilities:

• Liaison between the Business and Engineering teams to communicate requirements effectively and implement new features to the product/service.
• Drive awareness of requirements across teams and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data
• Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
• End-to-end ownership of customer projects
• Manage requirements that demand precise levels of coordination with the higher management, developers, designers, QA team and customer side stakeholders.
• Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
• Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability

Qualification & skills:

• Knowledge of IT products and services
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to lead & manage discussion
• Proven analytical abilities
• Experience in generating process documentation and reports
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
