We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualiser specializing in exterior modelling to join our team at Futé Services. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in Delhi, New Delhi, and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architectural visualization and the ability to produce highly detailed 3D models. Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona is essential for creating highly realistic architectural views. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong rendering skills to produce visual representations that accurately reflect design intentions.
• Experience with texturing to ensure that all elements of the 3D model are lifelike and detailed.
• Excellent skills in the modelling of buildings, enhancing the structural design within the 3D environment.
• Ability to effectively manage and control camera settings to capture the best angles and perspectives in 3D.
• Good understanding of architectural concepts to facilitate seamless communication and execution of project requirements.
• Experience in project walk-throughs to offer virtual tours that help clients visualize the completed project.
• High attention to detail to maintain quality and accuracy throughout all phases of visualization projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models of exterior building structures from CAD designs and drawings.
• Render high-quality images and animations that bring architectural designs to life for client presentations.
• Apply textures to models ensuring consistency and realism throughout the visuals.
• Work closely with architects and designers to ensure project visualization meets design specifications.
