JD/Main Responsibilities:
- To develop a competency and skill sets in all students to perform effectively and efficiently in the workplace. The trainer should communicate to the Students about training objective .
- Review training content & timely upgrade
- Motivated the students for placement
- Ensure Training Delivery in line with training objective & as per quality framework ,QP
- Conduct various activity during training to maintain students interested
- Monitor class attendance
- Ensure referrals from the students for upcoming batches
