JD/Main Responsibilities:

1 Understand the subject from the SME & make notes of the key topics to be covered & also the sequence/flow of topics.

2 Prepare at day wise overview of topics to be covered & learning outcomes for each topic & duration for each topic.

3 Research – books/internet sites for the subject matter & download relevant information.  

4 Design activities for hands on learning for the topics.  

5 Prepare a PPT with slide notes – to be used for training.  

6 Prepare a trainee handout – to be used for training.  

7 Keep track of updating the information on quarterly basis.

   Educational Qualification Instructional Design With Science Background  

  Work Experience (In Yrs/Months) 3-4 yrs  

Necessary Skill Sets          

(Soft Skills) Good Comprehension – English.  

  (Technical) Technical bent of mind – preferably a technical background person.    

  Very good exposure to MS office – should be able to create/edit documents, make PPTs etc.     Internet savvy
