Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our team at Fullthrottlelabs. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our software products. This role is based in Bangalore and offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in product design, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Experience in designing B2B SaaS products is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and user stories
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on product designs
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with the product vision and brand identity
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the implementation of designs and provide support throughout the development process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user interface design and user experience
• Contribute to the overall design strategy and provide design guidance across multiple products and platforms
