Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team at Fullthrottlelabs for one of our sister products. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and graphics that communicate complex ideas effectively. This is a Junior level position with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and it is a Full-Time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Solid understanding of digital media and graphic design principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in motion graphics and animation is a plus
• Familiarity with web design and UI/UX principles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs and graphics for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and other marketing collaterals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives
• Translate complex ideas into simple and engaging visual representations
• Design and produce motion graphics, animations, and interactive multimedia
• Ensure brand consistency in all designs and graphics
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
• Work closely with other designers, developers, and project managers to meet project deadlines
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
