Role Overview
The Executive Assistant Intern to the CEO will have a unique opportunity to experience the breadth of business operations in a fast-paced startup environment. From finance and anti-fraud activities to customer engagement and drafting proposals, this role is designed for those eager to learn and contribute across various functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, the intern will play a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; assisting with fundraising activities; composing and preparing correspondence; itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings.
- Communicate with customers, providing high-level service and support to foster strong business relationships.
- Participate in drafting business proposals, presentations, and other critical documents.
- Support finance-related tasks, including preliminary budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.
- Handle confidential and non-routine information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Keen attention to detail and high level of organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
- Enthusiastic and quick to learn with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program related to business, administration, or a relevant field is preferred but not required.
