Job Summary: We are urgently looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales by contacting potential clients over the phone, explaining the benefits of Listing.aapkacare.com, and closing sales deals to meet a monthly target of 75,000 INR. This role will also involve working closely with field sales executives to devise a cohesive sales strategy.

Primary Job Accountabilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to doctors, hospitals, and clinics to introduce and promote Listing.aapkacare.com.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct effective product demonstrations over the phone, highlighting the features and benefits of our platform.
  • Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads, answer queries, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with field sales executives to coordinate strategies and ensure consistent messaging and client handling.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, targets, and results. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on client interactions.
  • Market Research: Gather market intelligence and insights about competitors. Adapt sales strategies based on market trends and client needs.

Monthly Target:

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in tele sales; preference will be given to experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
  • Generic knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with field sales executives.
