About Us: Listing.aapkacare.com is an innovative online portal that helps to increase the web presence of health service providers, such as doctors, hospitals, and clinics, for users to easily access them and book appointments.

Job Summary: We are urgently looking to hire 2 dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives who will generate sales by actively engaging with our product Listing.aapkacare.com to the prospect clients that are working within healthcare. This would be conducted through client visits, briefing of our platform's benefits, and deal closures to achieve a monthly sale of 1.5 lakhs.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and visit doctors, hospitals, and clinics to present and promote Listing.aapkacare.com.
  • Sales Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and express the value in using the platform.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain proactive, good rapport with healthcare providers for customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead Generation: Act on leads, set up meetings, and close prospects as clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Follow up on sales activities, targets, and results. Reports about customer interactions should have insights on providing actionable feedback both to the marketing and products teams.
  • Marketing Research: Gather intelligence and insights into the market in relation to competitors. Reposition strategies of sales as per market trends and customer requirements.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in the field of selling, ideally with experience related to the healthcare industry.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiating and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and great at managing time; they can work without supervision.
  • Willing to travel frequently throughout the geographical area.
  • Basic understanding of CRM software and sales reporting tools at an entry level.
