Job Description

FuelBuddy is seeking talented and motivated Product Managers with 2-4 years of experience to join our fast-growing team. As a Frontend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will be working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development, launch, and ongoing improvement of our products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving innovation in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

●     Product Ownership: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization to launch and ongoing optimization.

●     Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.

●     Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to understand user needs and preferences, incorporating insights into product development and improvement.

●     Metrics and Analytics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success. Utilise analytics and data-driven insights to make informed decisions.

●     Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to drive the successful development and launch of products.

●     Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals in alignment with company objectives.

●     Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, providing insights to inform product decisions.

●     User Experience: Advocate for an exceptional user experience by collaborating with design teams to ensure products meet high usability standards.

●     Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product updates and milestones to internal and external stakeholders, including executives.

Qualifications

●      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

●      Prior experience in a technical role is highly desirable.

●      Proven experience (2-4 years) in product management, with a track record of successful product launches.

●      Strong understanding of B2B and B2C customer applications, internal operations platforms, marketing and product analytics

●      Strong experience in product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel

●      Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

●      Strong understanding of technology and trends in the tech industry, with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms.

●      Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

●      Familiarity with first-principle thinking, design thinking and user-centred design.
