Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, as well as managing chat support. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in customer service and must be fluent in either Tamil or Telugu. This role requires excellent communication skills in English as well as the ability to effectively communicate in Tamil or Telugu. The Customer Service Executive will work closely with our diverse customer base, ensuring their needs are met and providing assistance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, order tracking, billing inquiries, and other related issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and provide assistance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to better assist customers and provide accurate information.
- Meet or exceed established performance goals for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent in either Tamil or Telugu, in addition to proficiency in Hindi & English.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Hindi, English, Tamil, or Telugu.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Experience in handling inbound, outbound, and chat support processes is preferred.
