Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.
• Verify and update order information in the system.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment of orders.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
• Conduct NDR (Non-Delivery Report) calling to resolve delivery issues.
• Handle order confirmation queries from customers.
• Provide accurate and timely updates to customers regarding their orders.
• Address and resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in operations, order processing, or customer service is preferred.
• Batchelor degree BBA / B Com is more preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with order management systems is a plus.
