We are seeking a highly experienced Marketplace Manager who is proficient in advertising and funnel strategies to enhance sales performance across various channels including but not limited to Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, etc. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing marketplaces effectively.


Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement comprehensive marketplace strategies to optimize sales and increase brand visibility across multiple platforms.

- Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.

- Monitor and analyse marketplace performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary strategies to drive growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align marketplace initiatives with overall business objectives.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

- Manage relationships with marketplace partners, negotiating terms and agreements to maximize profitability and market reach.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with marketplace policies and regulations.

- Provide timely reports and insights to management on marketplace performance, trends, and opportunities.


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketplace management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.

- Proven track record of successfully driving sales and revenue growth on various marketplace platforms.

- In-depth understanding of online advertising, SEO, and funnel strategies.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with marketplace management tools/software.
