Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Human Resources Executive to join our team in Surat. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for handling various HR tasks including recruitment and payroll management, amongst other responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in recruitment (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in payroll management (Mandatory skill)
• Strong understanding of human resources (HR) principles
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management
• Demonstrated people management skills to handle various employee-related issues
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing and onboarding new hires
• Managing payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements
• Maintaining employee records to ensure that all data is current and accurate
• Facilitating communication between employees and management
• Handling employee relations issues and offering appropriate counseling and solutions
• Assisting in performance evaluation processes and providing feedback to employees
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Organizing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
