Job Overview
We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our team at FSL Software Technologies Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue for our software solutions. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT sales or software sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, and relationship building
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities to the management
