Job Responsibilities:

* We are seeking a skilled International Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our USA customers regarding issues on Printers, routers, windows, Mac OS, Extender, Net gears, firewalls, gateways etc.


Requirements:

*Experience in troubleshooting by remote access tools (anydesk, TeamViewer) on Routers, Printers, Mac OS, Internet issues, windows


Fixed Night Shift 9pm-6am

Only Work from office

Sat & Sun off

No cabs for temporary
