Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Tester with an IT background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for ensuring the highest quality in our products. As a QA Tester at Fruxinfo Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues to maintain the standards of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs thoroughly.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
• Strong background in IT and software development.
• Experience in QA methodology and various types of testing (manual, automation, performance, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
• Proficiency in using test management software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
