Job Overview

The position of Sr International Voice Associate at Tech Mahindra is a Full-Time role based in Hyderabad. This is a Junior level role requiring a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience. Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in an international voice process.
• Provide excellent customer support and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Utilize knowledge in BPO processes to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure clear and concise communication with customers to maintain a positive experience.

Salary Range 

INR 4.0 L.P.A TO 4.5 LPA + Incentive + Goodies
