Job Overview

We are hiring a Sr International Voice Associate for our International BPO Tech Mahindra. This is a Mid-Level position located in Hyderabad, offering a Full-Time employment opportunity.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in International Voices Process
• Proficiency in Customer Service Associate (CSA) tasks
• Comfortable working Night Shift hours
• Experience in handling Customer Queries
• Knowledge of International BPO processes

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Work in alignment with international voice process guidelines
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals

Salary Range 

INR 4 L.P.A TO 4.5 LPA + Incentive + Goodies
