Job Overview

We are hiring a SR International Customer Support Executive to join our team at FRUGE IT SERVICES. As a SR International Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our international clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in international customer support or a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work night shifts and rotational shifts
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through phone, email, and chat
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional service
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and company guidelines
• Meet or exceed performance targets and goals
• Handle escalations and coordinate with senior team members for resolution
