The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
• A minimum of 0.6-1 years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record in managing diverse HR functions..
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
