Responsibilities:

v Contacting potential customers or clients via telephone to introduce products or services.

v Outbound calling the leads provided on portals through outbound calls.

v Following up on initial contacts.

v Providing information about products or services and addressing any queries or complaints.

v Maintaining a record of calls and outcomes in a CRM system.

v Co-ordinating with the vendors and taking initiatives for proper sales conversion.
