About the Job

· As a food technologist, he/she will be responsible for new product development and looking after the whole process of development.
· Sourcing of raw materials will be there so that best quality of raw material can be available within TAT.
· Producing tea premixes by performing NPD tactics.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and generate new product concepts based on market trends, consumer insights and business goals.
· Vendor Management will also be there.
· Develop and document manufacturing procedures, specifications, and quality control measures for new products.
· Foster collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance teams.
· Design and execute experiments to develop product formulations that meet sensory, nutritional, and cost targets.
· Source and evaluate ingredients for functionality, quality, and availability, ensuring compatibility with production processes.
· Conduct research on emerging ingredients, flavors, and culinary techniques to inspire innovative product ideas.
