Responsibilities include:

• Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance new and departing employee experience
• Record Keeping - Employee Files Probation Assessment & Confirmation Maintain and communicate internal HR policies.
• Manage personnel files and completion of employee-related legal documents; 
• Be upbreast with compliance
• Ensure data integrity by way of driving best practices through systems/tools, processes, auditing, and internal tracking
