Job Overview

FracSpace Private Limited is seeking a Junior Spa Therapist to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of experience. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of treatments to our clients, ensuring a relaxing and memorable experience. You will leverage your skills in massage therapy and body treatments as part of our dynamic real estate company.

Qualifications and Skills

• Massage Therapy (Mandatory skill): Expertise in various massage techniques, ensuring clients receive therapeutic benefits and relaxation.
• Body Treatments (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in delivering body treatments such as scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy.
• Aromatherapy (Mandatory skill): Skilled in using essential oils to enhance overall well-being and relaxation of clients.
• Facial Treatments: Ability to provide customized facial services according to skin types and client preferences.
• Customer Service: Strong focus on providing an exceptional client experience, addressing needs and queries efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal communication to clearly understand and convey exactly what the client wants.
• Anatomy Knowledge: Understanding of human anatomy to safely provide treatments affecting muscle and tissue stress points.
• Holistic Healing Techniques: Ability to integrate holistic practices addressing both physical and emotional wellness.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of spa services including massage, facial, and body treatments according to the company’s protocols.
• Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments, ensuring a customized and effective service plan.
• Maintain detailed records of client visits, including treatment plans, products used, and any pertinent client notes.
• Set up and maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked therapy and massage rooms.
• Promote the spa's services and upsell additional or retail services to guests to enhance their experience.
• Keep abreast of new market trends and techniques in the spa industry to continuously improve service offerings.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and team members to provide seamless service delivery to clients.
