Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
• Sales attitude and ability to upsell spa services and products
• Strong team player and ability to work collaboratively with other spa staff
• Good knowledge and understanding of various spa therapies and treatments
• Ability to create a relaxing and welcoming environment for clients
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Valid certification in spa therapies or related field is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide a wide variety of spa treatments and therapies to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about different spa therapies and treatments to recommend the most suitable options for clients
• Create a relaxing and welcoming environment for clients, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive spa experience
• Conduct client consultations to understand their specific needs and preferences, and tailor treatments accordingly
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the spa area, including equipment, tools, and products
• Assist in maintaining inventory of spa products and supplies, and place orders as needed
• Promote and upsell spa services and products to clients, providing information on their benefits and features
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized recommendations and ensuring their loyalty
• Adhere to all spa policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
• Collaborate with other spa staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the spa
