Job Overview

FracSpace Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated Spa Manager to lead the launch and 

operations of Tiamoz. This full-time role requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal 

candidate will be instrumental in establishing Tiamoz as a premier destination for wellness, driving 

operational excellence, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while building and nurturing a 

top-performing team.

Qualifications and Skills

* Proven experience in spa operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and maintaining 

high standards.

* Strong skills in inventory management to accurately track, control, and order necessary 

supplies.

* Expertise in team training and development, promoting continuous learning and enhancing 

service quality.

* Excellent customer service skills to deliver a superior guest experience and effectively handle 

complaints and special requests.

* Team management expertise to lead, motivate, and manage staff, fostering a collaborative 

and high-performance culture.

* Sales and marketing acumen to devise and implement strategies that increase footfall and 

promote spa services effectively.

* Experience in budgeting to ensure financial efficiency and allocate resources wisely while 

maintaining quality standards.

* Comprehensive understanding of health and safety compliance to create a safe and 

welcoming environment for guests and employees.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Spearheaded the successful launch and operations of Tiamoz, ensuring all aspects of the spa 

are optimized for excellence.

* Develop and execute strategies to establish Tiamoz as a leading wellness destination, driving 

business growth and client engagement.

* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit and onboard top talent for the spa, ensuring a 

skilled and customer-focused team.

* Lead and mentor employees to achieve individual and team objectives, fostering a culture of 

innovation and service excellence.

* Partner with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns, 

enhancing the visibility and appeal of spa offerings.

* Oversee inventory and supply management to maintain seamless operations and meet 

customer expectations.

* Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards, creating a safe and serene environment 

for clients and staff.
