Job Overview
FracSpace Private Limited is seeking a motivated Pre Sales Executive to join our team. Located in Hyderabad, this full-time position is perfect for a fresher with 0 to 1 year of experience. The role involves working closely with our sales team to drive business growth and involves leveraging various sales tools and techniques to present solutions to our clients, helping them understand the value of fractional ownership in real estate.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce (Mandatory skill), ensuring seamless management of customer data and sales operations.
- Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software (Mandatory skill) to maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Ability to implement solution selling techniques (Mandatory skill) effectively to tailor solutions based on client needs.
- Competence in using presentation software like PowerPoint or Keynote to create compelling presentations for clients.
- Experience with demo creation tools such as DemoDesk or Walnut to craft engaging product demonstrations.
- Understanding of Salesforce CPQ for configuring, pricing, and quoting aspects of financial offers to clients.
- Familiarity with proposal creation software like Qwilr or Proposify to develop detailed and persuasive proposals for clients.
- Solid technical product knowledge to articulate the features and benefits of real estate solutions to prospective clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets, expanding FracSpace's footprint.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent to enhance the team's capabilities.
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives, fostering a supportive work environment.
