Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in job postings, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates regarding interview times and feedback.
  • Employee Onboarding: Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire documents, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • Employee Records: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with the processing of payroll information, ensuring that all data is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions, seminars, and workshops for employee development and compliance.
  • Benefits Administration: Help with the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing company events and initiatives aimed at improving employee morale and workplace culture.
  • HR Reports: Help prepare and maintain HR-related reports and documents, including headcount, turnover, and recruitment data.
  • Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring that the organization complies with labor laws and other employment regulations.
  • General Administrative Duties: Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as filing, answering phone calls, handling HR-related inquiries, and assisting with other HR projects.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws is a plus.
