Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD, ensuring precise drafting and design documentation (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with Revit for creating accurate building models and facilitating seamless collaboration (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in 3D Modeling to generate visual representations for design concepts and presentations (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of SketchUp to swiftly develop and communicate architectural ideas effectively.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for producing high-quality graphic content in project presentations.
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance project coordination and efficiency.
• LEED Certification, demonstrating commitment to sustainable design practices and principles.
• Experienced in Construction Documentation, ensuring comprehensive and accurate project specifications.
